If a buyer wishes to return an item for any reason, the buyer should contact us as soon as possible. Generally, return labels will be paid for by the seller; Unbox will pay the cost if there is a mistake on our end or if the item is defected or damaged. The information below will explain how we handle returns in certain specific circumstances:
Unbox requires a picture and a detailed description of the damage. We will gladly send a refund or provide a replacement as soon as the item is received.
Once we receive the item, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund to the buyer.
If Unbox misses the shipping deadline, we will apply a 10% discount on the product fee paid by the buyer. However, we will not be held responsible for any problems while the item is in transit; please contact the carrier for any delivery concerns.
