Returns Policy

If a buyer wishes to return an item for any reason, the buyer should contact us as soon as possible. Generally, return labels will be paid for by the seller;  Unbox will pay the cost if there is a mistake on our end or if the item is defected or damaged. The information below will explain how we handle returns in certain specific circumstances:

ITEM IS DEFECTIVE

Unbox requires a picture and a detailed description of the damage. We will gladly send a refund or provide a replacement as soon as the item is received.

ITEM NO LONGER NEEDED / WANTED

Once we receive the item, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund to the buyer. In addition to any promotional dollars received that we’re utilized will be fully deducted from refunded amount.  

ITEM DELIVERED PAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

Unbox LLC are not liable for any product Delivery Delays while the item is in transit; please contact the carrier for any delivery concerns.

The WRONG ITEM WAS SENT

Unbox LLC requires the seller to submit detailed information and a picture of the incorrect item. We will gladly send the correct item or provide a refund. However, we will not be responsible for refunds if the correct item was sent to the buyer. If the seller wishes to provide a replacement under this circumstance, we must charge for shipping and another product fee.

ACCIDENTAL ORDER PLACED

Unbox will not be held responsible if a buyer places an accidental order. We may deduct a 20% restocking fee from the original cost and issue the balance of the refund to the seller after we receive the item.

BETTER PRICE AVAILABLE

Unbox strives to suggest a fair retail price for each item in our store. However, we are not responsible if a buyer returns an item due to finding a better price elsewhere. Once the item is returned to us, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund to the buyer. In addition to any promotional dollars received that we’re utilized will be fully deducted from refunded amount.  

PRE-SALE ORDERS

There is a 10% Cancellation fee on all items marked for Pre-sale due to it not being in stock of any product listed or not listed.  Unbox, LLC  may list an Estimated time of Arrival but is not liable for any time or date listed posted as back in stock.  In addition to any promotional dollars received that we’re utilized will be fully deducted from refunded amount.     

UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

Unbox is not responsible if a buyer returns an item due to an unauthorized purchase. After receiving the item, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue the balance of the refund to the Buyer.

DESCRIPTION ON WEBSITE WAS NOT ACCURATE

Unbox will require the buyer to take a picture of (or copy and paste) the description of the product. If the description clearly does not match the item, we will provide a refund. Depending on the item, we will either allow the buyer to keep the item or ask that the item is returned to us prior to issuing the refund.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Unbox will not be held responsible if a package is returned to us due to an Un-deliverable address. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, and an additional shipping fee must be charged if a new shipment is made to the buyer.

REFUNDS

Unbox LLC, Processes refunds orders in a timely matter.  However, refunds may take up 1 to 5 days from time of cancellation depending on processing time and on the financial institution utilized for transaction order.  May be subject to additional fees,  In addition to any promotional dollars received and that we’re utilized to place and receive products will be 100% fully deducted from refunded original amount that generated promotional dollars used.
