What do you have to do?  

For warranty issues on Riding Toys Please follow below process.  

To obtain warranty service, you must first submit a ticket via email to  http://support.mototecusa.com to get the problem resolved. 

How do we correct the problem? 

All warranty issues concerning powered Riding bikes or Skateboards, Hoverboards, or Children's Ride on Toys are backed and supported through the manufacture.    

What's the process? 

Problems are handled under strict Manufacture warranty rules.    A support ticket is generated with the manufacturer to provide warranty service on all riding toys. 

What is Covered?

The Manufacture will ship out free replacement parts to swap and fix.  

Can I return?

A product can only be returned if it is unopened and unused.  Under this process it is deemed Buyers Remorse and the customer would be responsible for shipping the product back.
